Key Responsibilities : Onboard and off-board employees, including handling documentation and exit interviewsAdminister benefits and process payroll for employees in the US and CanadaProvide administrative support to the leadership team and assist with compliance and travel coordinationRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Finance rolesProficiency with HRIS systems, particularly RipplingExperience with US immigration processes and related document preparation is desirableSHRM HR certificate or related further education is preferred
