kpi1031.com platform. Kay Properties raises capital from investors for 1031 exchange Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) properties as well as other real estate private placement funds and offerings.
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales
- Prior real estate, alternative investment and / or sales experience
- Strong work ethic
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Adheres to the highest ethical standards of integrity
- Series licenses required : SIE, 63 and one of the following : 7, 22 or 82

Pay : $87,000 $372,000 per year
