We want to hear from you!Essential Functions : The operator’s primary responsibility is molding quality parts to support the Company mission To deliver exceptional services, engineered solutions and quality products on time.
Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructionsReview Work OrderOperate press to produce molded partsFollow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks, and any required SPC as directed by team leader.
Visually inspect each molded part.Clip and trim molded parts.Pack molded part in boxes.Advise next operator of any information about press or molded parts.
Follow all safety guidelines and rulesFollow written work proceduresMaintain a clean and organize work areaRequired Skills : Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs.
Good mechanical ability and attention to detailAbility to learn quicklyPreferred Skills : Experience on the use of measuring tools helpfulGood Math skillsPrior manufacturing experienceSelf-motivated team playerBlueprint reading helpful Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkPosition has a variety of shifts.
Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, including weekdays and weekends.Required Education and Experience : High school diploma or GED.
Training in general safetyPreferred Education and Experience : Experience as a machine operator.Pre-employment Conditions : Successful completion of a criminal background check, physical capabilities testing and a drug screen.
