Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact on the compliance help desk with primary working hours from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time
- Support compliance monitors, audits and examinations, as requested.
- Follow existing compliance materials and job aids
- Escalate matters of non-compliance and / or recommendations for improvement to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Able to manage and respond to incidents in the Freshworks / similar ticketing system
- Preferred experience with Encompass LOS and Mavent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to familiarize users with PRMG operational and compliance practices
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Excellent problem solving skills, persistence and follow-up
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of NMLS and analysis of loan officer and branch licensing information
- Working knowledge of the residential mortgage banking alphabet soup of laws and regulations including but not limited to TILA, TRID, QM / non-QM, RESPA, ECOA, high cost requirements, state disclosure requirements and ECOA.
Skills :
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
- Superior organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- 2-5 years of residential mortgage experience.
