This position does require to travel between several offices within the DMV as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing materials, maintain calendar of events, and schedule on site fitness programs
- Create content and assist in building employee wellness program
- Draft and proof communications, presentations, and marketing flyers
- Create resources including guides, tip sheets, and videos to support achieving goals
- Monitor program participation and feedback to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics of fitness programs, classes, and seminars
- Organize wellness challenges, health fairs, and other events
- Conduct data analytics and reporting
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- Experience or education in the health / fitness / nutrition industry required
- 1-3 years of project coordination or fitness / healthcare marketing
- Degree in exercise science, nutrition, or related field preferred
- Experience with wellness technology and data analytics preferred
- Proficient with MS Office
