MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
149; Fluent in English.
149; Ability to stand for extended durations (up to 8 hours).
149; Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
149; Current certification in food safety or related qualifications.
149; At least 2 years of leadership experience in a bustling restaurant setting (15 mil++ revenue).
149; Capability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
149; Oversee and ensure top-notch service quality.
149; Lead the management team in task allocation, scheduling, and performance benchmarks.
149; Institute and uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards.
149; Manage and maintain the restaurant's equipment, decor, and overall environment.
149; Recruit, onboard, and mentor management and supervisory personnel.
149; Address employee concerns, offer guidance, and when necessary, take disciplinary measures.
149; Monitor records pertaining to staff performance, labor expenses, health-related absences, and overtime.
149; Handle food and beverage inventory and financial metrics efficiently.
149; Collaborate closely with top-tier leadership for budgeting and strategic planning.
149; Undertake other related responsibilities as needed.
