Opportunities for relocation assistance to North Carolina.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following : Configure, setup, and calibrate end devices on factory or field installed hardwareCreate and program site databasesUtilize Checkout documentation provided by engineering to verify system performanceExamine and troubleshoot communication Links and Local Area NetworksProvide technical assistance to installation sub-contractors as requiredIdentify, analyze and diagnose BAS and system problems through remote interface means or directly while on siteEnsure documentation procedures are followed as an ongoing processMaintain accurate and complete project notes that can be used by engineering for As-Built drawingsEnsure project database and graphics database are backed up to network drive at job completionProvide remote access information for sites to Virtual ServiceRepresent company by serving as a direct customer contact, working to develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationshipsProvide on-site Owner Training Classes for customersParticipate in ongoing training opportunities (TPC, Online webinars, etc.

Knowledgeable with the products and services offered by Brady and effective in the sales of those products and servicesInspect, maintain, and complete necessary repairs for all company provided materials including fleet vehicle, tools, equipmentMaintain service uniform wear such as hats, shirts, pants, and shoes to ensure compliance with company dress codeEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practicesCollaborate with all Associates to uphold the company's mission and valuesTravel 50% of the time is requiredWORK HOURS : Monday thru Friday, periodically on-call basis for Controls Service program, overtime / weekends as requiredBENEFITS and COMPENSATION : Competitive pay and bonusAffordable Medical, Dental and Vision plansEmployer sponsored Short- and Long-term DisabilityEmployer sponsored life insurance401k with company matchPaid Time OffCareer growth and training opportunitiesCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceCompany provided tools, equipment, and uniform serviceCompany credit cardPHYSICAL DEMANDS and ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE : In order to properly perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, hear and use hands / fingers in order to grasp / handle / feel.

The employee frequently is required to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb up and down ladders and / or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 75 pounds.

This position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

This position requires frequent working outdoors, inside mechanical / equipment rooms, regularly being exposed to extreme inside / outside weather conditions to include extreme hot and / or extreme cold.

This position is regularly exposed to live voltage, moving mechanical parts, and heavy equipment. Frequent exposure to wet and / or humid conditions, elevated and / or precarious workplaces, fu es or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock and vibration.

Occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is typically loud.
