Opportunities for relocation assistance to North Carolina.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following : Configure, setup, and calibrate end devices on factory or field installed hardwareCreate and program site databasesUtilize Checkout documentation provided by engineering to verify system performanceExamine and troubleshoot communication Links and Local Area NetworksProvide technical assistance to installation sub-contractors as requiredIdentify, analyze and diagnose BAS and system problems through remote interface means or directly while on siteEnsure documentation procedures are followed as an ongoing processMaintain accurate and complete project notes that can be used by engineering for As-Built drawingsEnsure project database and graphics database are backed up to network drive at job completionProvide remote access information for sites to Virtual ServiceRepresent company by serving as a direct customer contact, working to develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationshipsProvide on-site Owner Training Classes for customersParticipate in ongoing training opportunities (TPC, Online webinars, etc.
