ABOUT THIS ESTIMATION ROLE

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, approximately 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, depending on workload. Occasional weekend work may be required for urgent matters.
• Location : LA / OC Area, with fieldwork and commuting to our La Habra office.

As a Commercial Plumbing Estimator, your day begins in our La Habra office, where you collaborate with the director of sales and business development manager to review RFPs and gather information needed for estimates.

You prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for trenchless and commercial plumbing services while accurately interpreting blueprints and project specifications.

Throughout the day, you manage organized records of your estimates, ensuring everything aligns with our bid strategies and client expectations.

Your analytical skills shine as you calculate project costs, including materials, labor, and subcontractor services.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :

• Experience in construction estimating, particularly in CIPP, SIPP, pipe bursting, trenchless technologies, or commercial plumbing
• Ability to accurately read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently
