Kitchen Operations Manager - Chick-fil-A

As the Kitchen Operations Manager, you will cultivate an environment where food safety, Chick-fil-A standards of excellence for products, speed of service, and cleanliness are a way of life.
You will oversee the execution of all back-of-house systems and processes and be responsible for inventory cost management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring high-quality products are served promptly.
- Manage kitchen staff, including setting work schedules, training new staff, and providing coaching and feedback.
- Ordered and managed inventory of food and supplies, ensuring efficient levels of all kitchen essentials.
- Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create menu items, develop specials, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
