- Support management of managed internet devices in Microsoft technology stack for government client.
- Manage solution architecture, deployments and application and device support.
- Provide hands on support to DoS customers.
- Provide support to the client in administering deployment of policies (configuration and compliance) to Intune configured devices.
- Monitor application deployment status.
- Ensure support requests are handled per the Service Level Agreement via Tier 3 troubleshooting.
