Summary : Under the general direction of the Planning Group Manager (PGM), we are seeking a Senior Project Planner / Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, design, and direction of various projects. They should be a motivated, hands-on Planner who can work both independently and collaboratively to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, and direct various planning projects.
- Demonstrate supervisory skills, strategic project management abilities, and the capacity to market services, negotiate contracts, and acquire clients.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Lead a team of Planners and demonstrate the ability to plan, communicate, and execute solid performance.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education and Experience :
- A Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited university is required.
- A Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning or a closely related field is preferred. Alternatively, a combination of eight or more years of progressive urban and regional planning experience can be considered.
- The candidate should have experience in at least three areas of urban and regional planning, including transportation, environmental, land use, and government and private sector planning.
