Job Description :
LD3 Logistics is looking for motivated, hard-working individuals who are customer focused to join our team! Our team of Delivery Drivers deliver packages to homes, apartments, retail and business locations.
In this position you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders (large or small) on-time, at the right location, with a smile.
Interested candidates must have a strong work ethic, be customer-focused, have a clean driving record and be responsible for taking care of their company vehicle and its contents.
LD3 Logistics drivers must be able to successfully deliver all packages on their daily route (up to 300 packages per day) regardless of the weather, within the scheduled shift time, and be willing to follow all of the LD3 LOGISTICS driver safety policies when on the road.

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license
- Pass a four-panel drug test
- Pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check
- Be willing to work some weekends until 9pm
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs., walk up and down steps, and enter / exit the van 100+ stops per day
- Be able to attend a 3-day classroom training plus on-road training
Other Responsibilities :
- Willing to deliver in all weather conditions
- Required to attend pre-shift meeting daily
- Required to load packages into the van within 20 minute window each day
- Conduct pre and post shift vehicle inspection report
