Research Animal Care Technician

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking an Animal Care Technician for a contract-to-hire (temp-to-permanent, 6 month conversion) position at a research and development client in Saint Paul, MN.

Pay Rate : $19 / hour

Animal Care (Husbandry) Technician Details :

• Shift Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday 6 AM to 2 : 30 PM
• Training Schedule : 6-8 weeks of training on Mon-Fri training schedule
• Animal Care Technician ($19 / hour) requires a high school diploma and 0-2 years of experience

Animal Care (Husbandry) Technician Duties :

• Ensures humane animal care.
• Feeds, cleans, and maintains cages.
• Manages supply shipments.
• Conducts lab disinfection and maintains records.
• Trains new staff.
• Follows procedures independently, with supervision for new tasks.
• Supports team functions and works flexibly.
• Adheres to regulations and company policies.
• Performs GLP and GMP tasks.

Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent
