The La Crosse Area Family YMCA is seeking a dedicated and organized School Age Coordinator to join our team. In this fulltime role you will collaborate closely with the three School Age Directors to ensure the effective operation of our School Age Care sites.
Your primary focus will be on meeting the needs of each site while supporting staff development and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Hiring and Onboarding School Age Staff
- Facilitate trainings
- Data tracking
- Coaching frontline staff
- Assist with Before & After School programming daytoday functions
- Work with Directors to ensure licensing requirements are being met
- Department administrative duties
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well on a team and collaborate with others
- Problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
- Prior experience working in childcare is preferred
