Come work with one of the top new construction plumbing departments in the greater Cincinnati area. Ken Neyer Plumbing is looking for an Administrative Assistant to our Project Managers.

What you’ll do :
- Provide Project Managers with administrative support to effectively manage construction projects.
- Assist Project Managers with the following : soliciting vendor and subcontract quotes, preparing product submittals, issuing purchase orders, preparing and monitoring change orders, preparing closeout documents, monthly AIA billing, monitor job costs and budgets, prepare estimated costs to complete projects.
- Regularly meet with project managers, foreman, and other new construction department team members to provide updates.
- Weekly review of pertinent job documentation including daily reports, safety analysis, cost reports, etc.
- Assist with managing foreman, project manager, subcontractor, vendor, and pre-fabrication relationships to ensure smooth working.
- Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as required.
- A successful project manager administrative assistant will be driven, motivated and dedicated to providing superior customer service and in office project management.

- High School Diploma
- Strong organization, time-management, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and commonly used construction management software. Experience with Computerease highly preferred.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check, drug screening and driving report.
