Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the technological roadmap for our compounding pharmacy.
This is a newly established position aimed at identifying and addressing our evolving technological needs, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of technology across all aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy tailored to the company's business objectives, scalability, and operational efficiency, demonstrating respect for all.
- Lead automation and integration initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes, fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Create and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions, working your hardest to achieve financial stewardship.
- Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management, and security protocols for high performance, uptime, and data integrity.
- Stay informed about the latest tech advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for maintaining our technological edge, embracing continuous learning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, embracing positive team spirit.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions, demonstrating excellence in vendor management.
Attributes & Skills
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating expertise and experience.
- Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing technology strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency, achieving measurable results.
- Expertise in automation, integration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management, maintaining technological excellence.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment, respecting all individuals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.
g., CISSP, PMP) preferred, maintaining a commitment to professional development.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions, embodying positive team spirit .
