  • Conduct thorough user research to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and translate them into product features and software requirements.
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders, including the leadership team, clients, and the product team.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the timely delivery of the product with the committed features.
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations, incorporating feedback and iterating on product features.
  • Lead the product release planning, feature backlog management, prioritization, and translate features into actionable epics and user stories.
  • Make critical decisions regarding functionality and priorities, always focused on delivering value and maintaining high quality.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and adoption.
  • Manage timelines for implementation, delivery, and deadlines throughout the development process.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, trend reports, market statistics, and metrics to enhance our products.
  • Utilize collected feedback, collaborate with the team, and recommend and implement changes accordingly.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Mentor and guide team members through the product management life cyle.

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Previous software product management experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8 years’ experience)
  • In some cases an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and / or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Experience designing and building applications in regulated environments.
  • Developing data and analytics centric products.
  • Experience working with UX designers
  • Deep understanding of product vision, product launch, and other related concepts
  • Experience in working with clinical trials and an understanding of the dynamics and roles associated with the clinical trial workflow (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience working with clinical applications including EDC, CTMS, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including presentations of product vision to executives to get buy-in
  • Demonstrated experience with iterative product development
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication. That includes working with cross-functional global teams at all levels within the organization.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong technical acumen and system thinking approach.
  • Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions simply and logically.
  • Demonstrated record in effective requirement elicitation and analysis.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and risks / problems and propose solutions that drive improvements.

The annual salary range estimated for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 USD. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.

Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
