We are looking for a motivated Kit Assemblers who want to be part of a company that fosters teamwork and embraces craftmanship, quality and service.

Position Overview : To perform day to day activities in the fulfillment center including but not limited to light assemble collating, inserting, sorting and packing.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following : other duties may be assigned or requested :

• Responsible to safely perform staging, kit assembly, hand insertion, and assist with other Fulfillment projects per training and assignment by Department Supervisor
• Responsible to help maintain the physical condition of assembly areas and storage areas.
• Responsible to identify and notify the Department Supervisor, or any manager, of any safety related issues or concerns in their department and throughout the facility.
• Work to maximize efficiency and productivity in all projects.
• Responsible to attend and participate in any and all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual meetings per invitation and instruction.

Required Skills

Qualifications :

• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions in English language.
• Candidate must possess basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and complete daily tasks.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic, integrity, and a high level of attention to details.

Competencies :

• Dependability (25%) Meets deadlines, works independently, accountable, maintains focus, punctual, good attendance record.
• Attendance (25%) Maintains an acceptable attendance record (minimal tardiness and absences, notifies supervisor in advance of scheduling conflicts).

• Productivity (25%) : Manages workload, works efficiently, meets goals and objectives.

Physical Standards :

Employee must be able to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift 50 pounds or more. The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this position.
