AMLI Evanston is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team! As the Maintenance Technician , you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the 214 unit building.

Duties include :
- Perform maintenance services such as : HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Respond in a timely manner to resident service requests.
- Turn vacant units to a "make ready" status.
- Be available to work on call, including a rotating schedule of weekends and nights.
- Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
- Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and / or the management company.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of related experience and / or training.
- Availability for on call and weekend rotation
- HVAC Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal) or ability to obtain
