The Account Care Expert is someone passionate about talking to customers and resolving their issues quickly and efficiently.
A self-starter who is able to roll up their sleeves and learn new skill sets to get the job done and a team player who wants to partner with their colleagues to help put the customer experience first!
Core Responsibilities :
Be logged into the telephony system and maintain departmental occupancy rate
Manage accounts pending closure that are assigned
Resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion
Answer inbound calls for customers requesting account status changes
Assist with inbound general customer inquiries as needed
Respond to SMS, Email and Voicemails from customers
Work with multiple departments to meet customer needs
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
