At Watermark, our people come first! Capital Asset Project Manager Watermark is looking for a Capital Asset Project Manager to assist with guiding complex strategic, investment and operational policy / regulatory / legal requirements in support of the USAF CFO Compliance Team.

This is a high profile and consultative role which will assist with enhancing and improving the asset valuation and tracking procedures for the USAF In this role you will .

Develop and maintain Site Business Process Guides which will include objectives and procedures / rules for accounting for property and assets per DOD 7000.

14-R Document and train personnel on the reconciliation of the organization’s Asset Valuation and Tracking (AV&T) Report compared to the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) Conduct site training on proper asset recording and reporting documented in the Site Business Process Guides Understand the asset process from acquire to retire including deprecation Coordinate asset accountability activities with the Contractor CFO team and the Government Program Management Perform analysis and provide asset schedules in support of the asset audit readiness effort Maintain an understanding of the changes / updates to Federal Asset Accounting Regulations and determine if the organization’s asset process requires modifications Provide detailed verbal and written responses to Site personnel asset inquiries Track Site personnel questions / comments and resolutions Update the asset reporting rules, processes, and procedures Additional duties as assigned Experience Requirements : 3 years of experience within federal finance, accounting, business administration or related field Basic understanding of DOD Financial Management Regulations (FMR's) Demonstrate professional skills, dress and demeanor appropriate for supporting senior officials Experience producing professional and accurate reports and documents Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with MS Excel and MS Word Work independently and identify potentially more effective methods of operation Experience using advanced features of MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel Education Requirements : A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field Certification Requirements : N / A Security Clearance Requirements : Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility KEYWORDS : Finance, FMR, Accountant, Accounting, Asset, DAR / FAR, Program Control, Certified Government Financial Manager, CGFM, Project Management, PMP, MBA, project support, program administration, contracts administrator Watermark provides salary ranges with job postings in states where it is legally required;
