Position Summary :

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with experience in full cycle recruiting to join our team for a temporary assignment beginning January 6th, 2025.

This temporary assignment is expected to last through May 30th, 2025, with the opportunity to transition to a regular status role based on company needs and individual performance.

This position can be either part-time or full-time.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and functional support to the Human Resources department with a primary focus in talent acquisition, on-boarding and employee relations.

Prior experience in Human Resources is required.

Requirements :

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Full cycle recruiting including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer presentation and on-boarding for assigned business units
  • Work directly with hiring managers to evaluate staffing needs, possible candidates and current employees to fill roles quickly
  • Handle employee inquiries and transactional employee requests
  • Hold employee coaching and counseling sessions as requested by the management team; prepare relevant documentation for such sessions
  • Assist with departmental reporting and administrative functions with a focus in timekeeping, payroll and compliance.
