About Web Craft Stylers :
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, including corporate conferences, product launches, charity fundraisers, and social gatherings.
You will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure that each event is flawlessly executed and meets all objectives.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead in event planning and management tasks
- Coordinate with clients and understand their event expectations
- Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Oversee event logistics, such as catering, transportation, and guest accommodations
- Coordinate event marketing and promotional activities
- Conduct on-site inspections and provide support during events
- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality management, or a related field
- Proven experience in event coordination or planning
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of event management software and tools
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
