What we are looking for : JARS is searching for a Web Development and SEO Specialist to manage and enhance our company's digital assets, including websites.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web presence, focusing on usability, consumers, content, SEO, and overall website performance to drive traffic and sales.

This role requires a blend of web development, engineering skills and digital marketing expertise, particularly in SEO and analytics.

Responsibilities : Identify, troubleshoot, fix, and optimize websites for SEOResearch targeted keywords to guide digital strategiesAnalyze reports to identify trends, issues, areas for opportunity and create actionable plans to improve KPI'sArticulately explain technical details of website changes to developers, project managers, and clientsProvide accurate timelines and level of effort during all project phasesRequirements : 3+ years relevant SEO and marketing experienceGood understanding of search performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionSolid understanding of web technology including integrations, UI / UX, websites, CMS, Analytics, SEO, Front end, and backend technologyIn-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search ConsoleExcellent HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery) skillsExperience with email marketing services such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Campaign MonitorExperience or good familiarity with SEO research tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AWREnsure website security protocols are in place and perform regular backups.

Experience or good familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot, SalesForce, Pardot, and SugarExperience or good familiarity with testing and analytics tools such as VWO, Crazy Egg, HotJar, CallRail, and Mongoose MetricsGood experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft ExcelComfortable using text-based code editors such as Atom, Sublime Text, or Visual Studio CodeAbility to multitask and prioritize, managing multiple projects simultaneouslyNot afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, and learn new things!Education : BA / BS degree in any discipline.

Computer Science / MCA / Working knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS, Open SourcePMP or other Project Management Certification is preferred.
