Your Role :
As the Associate Brand Manager of eCommerce, you will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce marketing for Reynolds & Hefty businesses across Amazon, Walmart, and other key retailers, as well as contributing to annual planning and day-to-day business management, including search and media budget and invoice management, data analysis, and performance tracking against KPIs.
You will monitor digital trends, monitor & analyze the digital shelf, and recommend "test and learn" plans. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to :
- Drive business growth by executing and optimizing high-impact marketing plans, including digital advertising and sponsored search.
- Monitor & analyze the digital shelf to ensure accuracy of product listings and understand current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors in making recommendations to achieve revenue goals.
- Participate in strategy planning and execution for national eCommerce platforms, including Instacart & Criteo.
- Collaborate with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Digital Content, and Sales teams to create compelling online experiences to drive consumer engagement and conversion.
- Present eCommerce performance and share emerging capabilities to a broad, cross-functional team.
- Lead the search & media budget and invoice management across the entire Reynolds Consumer Products portfolio.

We need you to have :
- BA / BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing management or CPG brand management with a passion for the digital landscape.
- Experience with digital advertising, SEO, SEM, and programmatic media planning, execution, optimization, and analysis.
- A thorough understanding of the key performance metrics associated with digital marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to jump into fast-paced, rapidly evolving eCommerce space.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Icing on the cake :
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience working with Amazon, Walmart Connect, or other major retailer media networks.
