Role Responsibilities - Senior Reporting Manager
- Responsible for analyzing, reporting, and executing financials in accordance with the I
- Analyzing, reporting, and consolidation of financials according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Execute and provide suggestions to improve accounting and auditing processes used to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Analyze numbers, cash flows and trends by working closely with the controllers and VPs of finance on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Create and execute monthly / quarterly financial schedule by creating and managing deadlines
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships with external auditors and other locations to achieve common goals
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and best practices while informing team members of new / changing accounting practices
Preferred Qualifications - Senior Reporting Manager
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP / IFRS and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office products (JD Edwards is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; Master’s Degree preferred; CPA is a huge plus
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in an international corporate setting
- public accounting experience is a plus
