Position Overview :
ProCFO Partners takes a proactive approach to ensure our clients achieve their outcomes. This means we focus on longterm relationships continuous value high client satisfaction retention and advocacy.
Our new Client Success Manager will be responsible for executing against our Playbooks and impact driven delivering rapid time to value and measurable outcomes for our clients.
Our Client Success Manager will :
- Demonstrate value and support quantifying ROI provided by ProCFO Partners to assigned client segment through handson client management starting at ClosedWon partnering with the aligned CFO
- Own Zoho CRM documentation for Active Paused and Inactive client opportunities on health status actions needed outcomes etc.
- Run client Onboarding Playbook in through a collaborative partnership with assigned CFO (market leader support as needed) supporting CFO in the Client Kickoff Session reviewing Success Plans deploying onboarding survey at 100 days to accelerate time to value for clients
- Utilize effective written verbal and presentation skills to connect with clients while facilitating the Client Kickoff Session alongside CFO that will lead client engagement
- Run CFO Monthly Outcomes Survey Playbook CFO followup client health reporting identify areas of risk and executive support needs identify client needs and upserving opportunities based on Success Plans before client knows they need it
- Create future billing forecast based on CFO Monthly Outcomes Survey and align with CFOs on differences from engagement letter
- Create automated client management sequences in CRM and video support for target client segments to enhance value delivery to clients
- Identify content creation and track advocacy opportunities with Marketing team focusing on how ProCFO Partners is helping our clients achieve their business goals
- Run Client Offboarding Playbook in collaboration with assigned CFO Zoho documentation exit survey exit interview and winbacks

Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree
in Business Administration
Marketing or related field
- 25 years of experience in professional services or agency postsales or account management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience using our tech stack : Microsoft Suite Zoom Zoho
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel
