We are looking for applicants currently taking or have already completed basic anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology . A background in sports, dance, gymnastics, coaching, working in youth or elderly programs is beneficial.
Physical Therapist Aide Job Duties :
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms.
- Educate, demonstrate, and guide patients through their exercise routines, and proper use of equipment.
- Apply, monitor, and remove hot packs, cold packs, compression sleeves.
- Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping patient and facility information confidential.
- Maintain a safe and clean facility, to include treatment areas, gym, and lavatories.
- Serve and protect the facility by adhering to professional standards, facility policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
