The pay range is $73,200.00 - $131,700.00

The Engineer, Supply Chain Systems will help to build systems that collect and combine real-time data from upstream products and partner teams. These systems produce item-location-level signals that inform key supply chain decisions - what to stock, where to move it, when to move it, and how to route it, ensuring guests get the right products, in the right place, at the right time. Our outputs shape everything from daily replenishment to demand planning and inventory eligibility. Our work additionally spans :

• Forecast Aggregation : Producing daily and weekly unconstrained demand forecasts at the item-location level.
• Eligibility Evaluation - Applying rule-based logic to decide if an item-location is eligible for middle-mile movement
• Data Aggregation - Combining information across systems such as network topology, delivery schedules, lead times, demand schedules, and compliance, into a single, consistent output used across the organization.

These systems support billions of item-location combinations across 20 million items and more than 2,000 locations. They’re designed to scale, adapt, and deliver accurate data for operational and strategic use.

About You :

This position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
