job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPurchase vehicles from curb acquisition lead sources, including but not limited to : third party lead sources and Walser lead sources Engage with private sellers to source vehicles through phone, text, and email; using strong communication skills to set appointments, negotiate purchases, and grow inventory Purchase vehicles from Facebook and Craigslist Monitor alternate purchasing sources, incoming leads, and find new sources monthly Input and follow up on leads using a CRM Set and manage purchase appointments with sellers and support the sales team with trade-in lead coordination Write up purchase agreements and confirm proper receipt of vehicle title Track all purchases and trades acquired in a daily report Must be at least 18 years of age 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles with a focus on growing and managing a customer base Must have the ability to retain crucial information regarding the retail / wholesale vehicle market Must be able to make detailed financial decisions within strict timeframes Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities Demonstrated strong and effective oral and written communication skills Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Healthcare, Dental, Vision coverage & HSA / FSA Paid Parental Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Adoption) Adoption Assistance Program Life Insurance and 401K with Employer Match Pet insurance and Employee discounts Access to our Employee Resource Groups, such as : Women of Walser, Drive with Pride and Asian Hmong Alliance The opportunity to volunteer through the Walser Foundation -The Walser Foundation : Our Community Mission - YouTube

Location : Minnetonka, MN
Compensation : $43,000 annual base + incentives based on performance
On-target first-year earnings typically range from $50,000 to $65,000 at other locations, depending on individual performance
