Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of technology projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
