Shift : Tuesday - Saturday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

As a Healthcare Dispatcher , you will play a key role in coordinating the timely delivery, service, and pickup of durable medical equipment (DME).
This fast-paced, rewarding position involves managing orders, dispatching drivers, and serving as the main point of contact for patients, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary team (IDT).

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage & Dispatch : Oversee DME orders, dispatch drivers for timely deliveries, service, and pickups, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate Care : Communicate directly with patients, caregivers, and the IDT to update, inform, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Ensure Excellence : Demonstrate leadership by fostering teamwork, helping others stay on track, and supporting the exceptional care that patients rely on.
Who We re Looking For :
- AHCA Clearance is required.
- Experience : At least 4 years in DME preferred, or strong experience in logistics or customer service.
- Skills :
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle a fast-paced office environment.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, set daily routes for drivers, and problem-solve on the fly.
- Strong working knowledge of area streets and the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ready to tackle new tools that make your job easier.
- Customer-Focused : You thrive on providing stellar customer service and staying calm under pressure.
