Are you a skilled attorney with experience in insurance defense, mass torts, and product liability? Our growing law firm in Newark, New Jersey is seeking a motivated and experienced attorney to join our team.
As an Insurance Defense / Mass Tort Attorney & Products Liability Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of cases with a focus on mass tort and product liability.

Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in insurance defense, mass torts, and product liability
- Experience conducting all aspects of discovery, writing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trials
- Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
- JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar
Our firm does not have a particular billable hour requirement, but we typically expect our attorneys to complete approximately 1900 billable hours per year.
