Ansell.Law is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As an integral part of our firm, you will work on a variety of commercial real estate matters, gaining valuable experience and contributing to our clients’ success.
Responsibilities :
- Negotiate and draft commercial leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
- Assist clients in acquisitions, development, financing, and disposition of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties.
- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active NJ state bar membership.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, including leasing and transactional work.
- Strong understanding of landlord / tenant law and real estate litigation.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
