We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all plant operations to ensure efficient and effective production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day plant operations and activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed
• Continuously seek out opportunities to improve plant efficiency and operations
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure proper function and longevity
• Accurately log and record readings and procedures for equipment

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in plant operations or a related field
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to physically handle the demands of the job
• A fast-paced and dynamic work environment is not a challenge for you
• Steel-toed footwear is required
• Must have valid identification
• Strong attendance and punctuality is a must
