Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Process outgoing payments
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Verify and investigate any discrepancies, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, use tax, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- 1 year of related experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail-oriented and possess the ability to transition between multiple tasks
$41,600-50,000
