The position involves advising on a range of transactions, regulatory issues, and day-to-day matters; partnering with investment, tax, finance, and infrastructure professionals across the firm;

Job Responsibilities :
- Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts on behalf of the company.
- Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues.
- Advise executives within the company.
- Work alongside other departments within the company.
Job Requirements :
- Prior experience with PE, FIG, finance, real assets, and / or international transactions is a plus.
- Exceptional academic and professional experience required (i.e. top tier law school and Big Law or equivalent background).
- The right candidate will be driven, business-minded, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
