Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in healthcare, particularly in the insurance or pharmaceutical domain.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure for data analytics and machine learning projects.
This role will primarily involve working on healthcare-related datasets, including insurance claims data, clinical trial data, and predictive modeling for pharmaceutical research.
Additionally, experience in Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics in healthcare, including risk assessment, patient outcome prediction, and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure to deploy scalable data pipelines and machine learning models.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and relationships within healthcare data, driving innovation and informing strategic decision-making.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate on existing methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, healthcare analytics, and cloud technologies, incorporating best practices into project workflows.
