Job Description : Loan Mountain Capital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven External Account Executive to join our team.

The External AE will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the growth and success of Loan Mountain Capital.

Key Responsibilities :

1 - Prospecting and Lead Generation :

  • Utilize various channels such as in person real estate events, cold calling, networking groups,
  • SMS outreach, and email outreach to identify and qualify potential candidates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

2 - Educational Consultation / Customer Service :

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our lending products, processes, and criteria.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits and advantages of our programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while interacting with borrowers.

3 - Pipeline Management :

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads & deals by efficiently using our CRM.
  • Track interactions, document progress, and update lead statuses to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Gather application information from prospects to move forward with the sales process.

4 - Collaboration and Teamwork :

  • Work closely with an Account Executive to coordinate outreach efforts and share insights for deal negotiation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency throughout the full sales cycle.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and property management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in real estate or lending, is a plus.
