Job Title : Building Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- PMs and work on HVAC equipment
- General maintenance like plumbing, painting, cleaning and framing
- Clean snow, lighting, carpentry, and work on dock levelers Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience
- mechanical and light electrical experience
- troubleshooting experience
