- Responsible for leading transformation projects within the North American Global Supply Chain Region.
- Requires with deep knowledge across E2E supply chain planning areas (SIOP / Demand Planning / Downstream Planning / Upstream Planning / Supply & Inventory / Replenishment / Logistics)
- Lead cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives within Tools and Process.
- Support assigned manufacturing plants in developing & implementing standard processes within supply chain planning.
- Conducts Data analysis to assess supply / demand risks including best / worst case scenarios, and coordinate action plans to mitigate risks.
- Identifies hidden areas of opportunity for business process improvement to improve customer satisfaction while balancing supply and demand.
- Takes initiative and follows through to implement high impact projects.
- Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives ensuring strong adoption for the end-users
- Monitors and reports key planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data.
- Position requires 30% travel within North America to Manufacturing plants for process planning, trainings, and competency support.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related discipline required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain strategies or networks that address supply / demand gaps in support of business goals.
- Expertise in Supply chain tools and systems including ERP systems and forecasting tools.
- Communication and leadership skills
- SAP and / or Kinaxis experience a plus
- Lean manufacturing experience a plus
