Responsible for implementing strategies and systems improvements to support business operations. Utilizes data to identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, foster collaboration, and problem solve issues.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
What You’ll Do

How You’ll Do It
- Assess root causes and solutions for issues that arise.
- Lead performance improvement implementations.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements and timelines.
- Ensure operational readiness for all implementations, technology, and process changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, listening to customer calls, interviewing staff, and observing workflows.
- Document processes and process flows.
- Drive the development and enhancement of reporting metrics.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics :
- Bachelor's degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations
Bonus Points If You Have :
- Hands on experience with RESPA-TILA disclosure guides and mortgage regulations including but not limited to : TRID, FDPA, ECOA, HMDA, RESPA, Regs B and Z, etc.
- Strong knowledge of all loan operations functions, especially in mortgage lending.
- Experience in identifying and facilitating resolution of requirements, processes, and project issues.

Compensation :
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
