Job Responsibilities Include :
- Responsible for the coaching, training, and development of teammates and associates.
- Conduct daily / weekly orders of merchandise and product. Ensure proper storage, staging, and organization in storage coolers.
- Organize and account for product invoices to ensure purchasing habits are controlled and profitable.
- Conduct monthly inventories accurately in order to measure from period to period the profitability forecast of the department.
- Ensure quality of product are to company standards and food code requirements.
- Assist guests with finding products and answering their questions quickly, professionally, and with respect.
- Assist with planning and set up of events that drive traffic to the department.
- Write weekly team schedules for the department and work with Human Resources on coaching opportunities and staffing needs.
- Attend weekly department meetings as required in order to prepare for upcoming sales activities, company standards, and product trends.
- Manage replenishment process to ensure quality and fresh standards are timely, appropriate, and are done in a fashion that reduces the risk of shrink (loss).
- Ensure proper logs, reports, and tracking are performed according to company standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards set by the company and food code.
