The Equipment Operator position is critical as we build better communities. Here are some things you will do :
- Operate heavy equipment. This could be a trackhoe, backhoe, loader, skidsteer, or dozer.
- Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade pads / floors.
- Teach and direct our laborers
- Read and understand plans, instructions, and specifications to determine the work needed to get the job done.
- Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out areas where the work will be done.
Additionally, we're looking for :
- High energy. We work a lot of hours in a day, and your high energy will keep you going with the rest of your team.
- Strong work ethic.
- Someone who likes working outdoors.
- The ability to sit for long periods, bend, lift, and other physical activities.
