Job Responsibilities :
- Recruit and develop a diverse workforce; including volunteer recruitment
- Ensure efficient, compliant HR processes.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
- Enhance performance management frameworks.
- Implement recognition programs to boost morale.
- Address employee relations issues promptly.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in HR; non-profit experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into action.
