Key Responsibilities :

  • Payroll Maestro : Manage our weekly payroll like a pro, ensuring every team member gets their dues accurately and on time.
  • Talent Guru : Lead our recruitment efforts with flair, from sourcing top talent to orchestrating seamless onboarding experiences that set the stage for success.
  • Performance Maestro : Design and implement performance management systems that elevate employee growth and productivity to new heights.
  • People Whisperer : Be the go-to for all things employee relations, fostering a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels heard and valued.
  • Compliance Champion : Keep us on the straight and narrow with labor laws and regulations, ensuring our practices are always above board.
  • HR Visionary : Collaborate with senior management to craft and execute HR strategies that align with our company’s ambitious goals.

Qualifications :

  • Education & Experience : A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Payroll Savvy : Demonstrated expertise in prevailing wage payroll requirements and compliance is a must.
  • Leadership Skills : Show off your managerial prowess with at least 2 years of experience owning the leadership in human resources
  • People Skills : Stellar interpersonal and communication abilities that resonate at all levels of the organization.
  • Confidentiality Champion : Proven track record of handling sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Tech Whiz : Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, along with a knack for Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits : This is a hybrid role offering a competitive compensation package starting at $90,000 annually, tailored to match your experience.
