HR and Payroll Manager
Our well-established manufacturing client, with operations in Oregon, Washington, California, Utah, and Nevada, seeks an experienced HR and Payroll Manager to join their team! This is a highly influential role that would be a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic, blue-collar environment.
HR and Payroll Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll for 90 weekly and 40 bi-weekly employees across multiple states.
- Manage manual payroll systems for accurate data entry and processing.
- Execute end-to-end payroll functions, including tax filings and benefits administration.
- Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with management on employee relations and HR projects.
HR and Payroll Manager Qualifications
- Proven multi-state payroll administration experience in construction or manufacturing industry.
- Intermediate to advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills required.
- Strong data entry and accurate 10-key skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a blue-collar environment.
Salary : $65k-$75k (DOE)
