Registered Behavior Technician Temporary- Extended School Year Summer (multiple locations within Greater Hartford
Position Purpose :
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides 1 : 1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs. RBTs are responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis based programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Case Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Current Board Certification for an RBT
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of BCBA
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Daily collection and graphing of all required data (DTT, Manding, Behaviors, TA's, etc.)
- Prepare program materials
- Review and implement consultation / supervision note recommendations
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues
