Administrative Assistant / Receptionist , 3171 As an Aviation Administrative Receptionist supporting Corporate Aviation in Boise, Idaho, you will perform entry level administrative support through efficient organization and communication skills in this differentiated environment.

This role is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully support to enhance the smooth operations of processes and activities within the department while expanding the scope of the receptionist position.

Administrative Receptionist Duties

  • Responsible for receiving and hosting Travelers, Visitors, Contractors
  • Coordinate arrivals of packages, rental cars, and catering
  • Uphold security protocol for site access and assure safety standards are followed
  • Distribute incoming communications, identifying priorities, respond to inquiries through appropriate channels
  • Assist with organizing team meetings and site events, coordinate catering as needed
  • Support new employee onboarding activities, includes ordering equipment for new hires
  • Serve as support liaison to Executive Admins among various departments and sites
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs for site building, area offices, and equipment
  • Monitor office supplies and printer items, order as needed
  • Manage hangar and aircraft stock inventory, organize stock areas, order as needed
  • Efficiently process expense reports, be budget conscious

Aviation Operations Support

  • Utilize PFM-Professional Flight Management software
  • Maintain passenger PFM profiles and complete timely update of traveler preferences
  • Post all flight expenses to PFM records with accuracy
  • Efficiently compile PFM data for business reviews
  • Prepare presentations and other reporting documents using Microsoft Office
