WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will stock purchased and manufacturing materials to the assembly line and other stocking locations.
- Monitor material flow
- Perform material replenishments to the assembly line and other stocking locations
- Communicate potential shortages to the shop floor planner and assembly crew leader to minimize stock outages
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to secure and retain a forklift license
YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is preferred
- Lean implementer certification is preferred
- Good mathematical aptitude
- Competent with MS Excel and Word, and basic computer skills
- Must be flexible to perform a variety of assignments and adapt to changing conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Able to make recommendations and effectively participate in the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Ability to work well with others

REPORTS TO : Materials Manager
SHIFT TYPE : Monday Friday (5-8s), with the flexibility to work overtime and some Saturdays, as needed.

SALARY GRADE : 11
